  • We have a unique and exciting opportunity and are looking for a Location Manager to oversee and shape the day-to-day operations of our newest business: Popolo. We’re looking for a Location Manager to help shape the daily rhythm, culture, and quality of our flagship location. 

    You work closely with executive management to help shape and safeguard the long-term vision of the concept. Looking ahead, identifying future needs, spotting risks early, and ensuring the operation runs in a healthy and sustainable way are all part of the role.

    On a day-to-day basis, you’re present on the floor, keeping things running smoothly, calmly. You will help create clarity and take responsibility where things are still evolving, support staff when it’s busy and optimize systems and workflows so the team can focus on doing great work. As the flagship location, Popolo sets the standard for future locations.

  • We’re a rapidly growing hospitality group and are looking for a Creative Chef to shape, develop, and oversee food concepts across multiple locations.

    This full-time senior position is suited to an experienced, highly creative, and well-organised chef with a strong understanding of bakery and café food, sandwich development, and practical kitchen implementation. Experience in baking is a plus, but not essential. You are trend-aware, concept-driven, and comfortable switching between different projects and locations.

    You will work closely with bakers, chefs, management, and operations to ensure every concept is executed consistently and to the highest standard.

    You feel at home in a small, close-knit team and understand that great coffee and genuine service go hand in hand.     You bring experience from establishments of a similar level and understand what it takes to deliver consistent, attentive service from start to finish. You enjoy working as part of a team, have a natural interest in food and drink, and are comfortable working a mix of weekdays and weekends. Advanced Dutch language skills are a strong plus.
